About the Role:

We’re currently seeking an experienced M2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a valid Q400 endorsement for a contract position with one of our aviation partners. This is a great opportunity for hands-on professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to jump into a dynamic maintenance operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on Dash-8 Q400 aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and electrical discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure timely aircraft turnarounds.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Requirements:

• Valid Transport Canada M2 License.
• Current Q400 endorsement (or recent experience considered).
• 3–5 years of experience as a licensed AME.
• Strong understanding of maintenance schedules, MEL/CDL, and defect rectification.
• Must be reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
• Candidates who are able to supply their own tools will be considered an asset, though this is not a requirement.
