Job summary

Execaire Aviation in Montreal, a leader in private aviation solutions, seeks a fueler to support Shell AeroCentre operations. You will provide fueling and related ground services, maintaining safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Base Manager, FBO, you will work 24/7, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with Shell/IAS procedures. Bilingual in French/English, you bring a positive attitude and team spirit to our aviation family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 2 years of experience.
• Hold a Class 3 driver's license and maintain it throughout employment.
• Meet Transport Canada MOT security requirements.
• The candidate must obtain a radio operator certificate.
• Experience in aircraft fueling is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills are an asset.
• Bilingual French/English.

Responsibilities

• Provide aircraft fueling services and ground services (lavatory, water, electrical) as required.
• Provide fueling services according to Shell and IAS standard procedures.
• Provide hangar moving, aircraft towing, and services for customers/sister companies (IMP Group).
• Provide services to current or potential customers and sister companies (IMP Group).
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks per Shell/IAS standards.
• Ensure order and cleanliness of the FBO area, line technician office, and equipment.
• Participate in and complete all training required by Shell or IAS, including recurrent training.
• Welcome and serve customers to the highest standards.
• Other duties assigned based on operational needs.
• This position requires a flexible work schedule (24/7 operations).

Summary
