Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Dorval, Canada, is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduling Analyst to characterize planned and unplanned work, support manufacturing leaders, and maintain the aircraft schedule to optimize the production plan. The ideal candidate has a Technical or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years in a manufacturing environment, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Characterize planned and unplanned work (NCR, BOI, Snags, Workbooks) - duration, zone, jobs activities, sequence, milestones.
• Support Manufacturing Leaders to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedule (Shortage, disposition and documentation follow-up reviews).
• Support Manufacturing Leader and team leaders to perform daily detailed scheduling.
• Track documentation according to production progress.
• Perform cycle time impact analysis based on production issues.
• Produce daily production schedule (Chart).
• Responsible to maintain aircraft schedule and optimize overall schedule.
• Drive Schedule reviews meetings with upper management.
• Identify and participate in improvement projects.
