Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate shipments, including overseas communication and pickups.
• Handle freight monitoring, documentation, insurance and accounting tasks.
• Obtain and provide all pertinent information for shipments.
• Organize transport and documentation with carriers.
• Produce accurate information and timely documentation for operations.
• Develop business relations and follow up with customers and partners such as carriers.
