Position Location

On-site position: Candidate will be working from 7207, Henri-Bourassa West, St-Laurent, Qc.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday Hours per day: 4 hours Schedule between 15h00 to 19h00 and 17:00-21:00

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordination of shipments including communication with overseas offices, pick up, delivery of goods
  • freight monitoring, documentation, insurance and accounting
  • Obtain and produce all pertinent information
  • Organize transport and documentation with carriers
  • Produce accurate information and documentation on time
  • Develop business relations and follow up with customers and partners (ex: carriers)
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft applications
  • Adaptable to change, new program environments

  • Background in Freight Forwarding ideal, but not required
