Reliable greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data is foundational to TC Energy's efforts to effectively manage emissions while meeting growing energy demand across North America, and reporting on air and GHG emissions is among TC Energy's obligations to our regulators and to our stakeholders. The Air Emissions and Reporting Analyst will be an integral part of the team responsible for developing air and GHG emissions inventories in support of environmental compliance and sustainability reporting and for conducting technical emission inventory analysis for other initiatives, such as the development emission reduction strategies.
Reporting to the Manager, Air Emissions and Sustainability in Canada Gas' Mainline Commercial Department and working within the air compliance team, in this role you will have responsibilities related to the compilation, calculation and reporting of air and GHG emissions for compliance reporting and will support the development and implementation of strategies ensure alignment with corporate standards and evolving Federal and Provincial regulatory requirements.
The successful Air Emissions and Reporting Analyst candidate will work in collaboration with business units and corporate functions to compile emissions-related data and support the quantification of Canadian operational emissions.
We are looking for an individual who has a keen interest in GHG emissions and sustainability, and while experience in this area is an asset, it is not required. We will consider individuals with a strong commitment to learning and a high level of collaboration and customer service.
