We are seeking a chemistry professional to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance each model's quality.

The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

This is a full-time or part-time remote position.

• Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields, or in progress.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
