We are seeking a chemistry professional to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring AI chatbots' progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

This is a remote position available on a full-time or part-time basis. You can choose your projects and work on your own schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ per hour, paid via PayPal, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry, reasoning, and spatial-temporal skills.
