Job summary

Alquemy is seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to drive the adoption and integration of AI and GenAI into enterprise applications and software development processes. The role requires hands-on AI experience, strong Microsoft cloud platform knowledge, and the ability to guide an Agile/Scrum development team.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing or integrating AI/GenAI solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI integration.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based application development.
• Proficiency in Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and applying automation or AI across at least two SDLC areas.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
