Qualifications

• 10+ years of application development experience.

• 2+ years in production Generative AI/LLM with prompt engineering.
• Proficient in SDLC and developer tools (Git, GitHub, CI/CD, IDEs, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with KPI frameworks and Power BI (DAX, data models, RLS).
• Strong executive communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance, change management, Responsible AI, and data privacy.
• Experience with Kore.ai.

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer with extensive experience in application development and a strong background in leading cross-functional programs within regulated enterprises. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Generative AI and LLM solutions, as well as a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and developer tooling.

Responsibilities:

Automate 64 SDLC use cases by implementing prompt automation and utilizing a knowledge repository.

Integrate cloud services by implementing and managing AI models alongside traditional backend resources across AWS environments.

robust APIs by constructing scalable REST APIs and managing complex JSON payloads for seamless frontend‑to‑backend communication.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in a banking or regulated enterprise.
• 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI or LLM solutions in production, including prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation.
• in SDLC and developer tools such as Git, GitHub, CI/CD, IntelliJ or VS Code, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and working with Power BI (DAX, data models, row‑level security) or a comparable BI platform.
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to create steering decks, value narratives, and status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of enterprise governance, including architecture review, change management, Responsible AI, and data privacy.
• Experience with Kore.ai.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS application development.
