Job summary

Mark Anthony Group seeks an AI Solutions Specialist in Kelowna to accelerate AI adoption across the organization. You will act as a frontline AI support partner, trainer, advocate, and tester, helping teams explore and use AI tools responsibly and effectively.

You will lead AI literacy initiatives, create materials, and support rollout campaigns while partnering with stakeholders to measure adoption and share best practices across functions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field; AI coursework is an asset.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Copilot, Gemini, AnswersAI, or similar.
• Experience supporting end users, training programs, technology adoption initiatives, or change management is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role

We're looking for an additional AI Solutions Specialist based out in Kelowna to help accelerate AI adoption across Mark Anthony Group. This role sits at the intersection of technology, enablement, and employee support, serving as a trusted resource for teams exploring and using AI tools across the organization. As an AI Solutions Specialist, you'll act as a frontline AI support partner, trainer, advocate, and tester. You'll help employees get the most value from AI technologies, support rollout initiatives, evaluate new AI opportunities, and contribute to building a culture of responsible AI adoption.

AI Support & Enablement

What You'll Bring

The typical hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
