Position overview:

We are seeking an experienced Developer/Engineer with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions and automation to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions to optimize marketing workflows, enhance content management, and support SEO and accessibility compliance. This is a high-impact role that requires the ability to work closely with Project Managers, Data Engineers, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions that meet business goals.

As the key technical expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the integration of technologies like Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Foundry, Power BI, Fabric, SharePoint, Accessibility Insights, and Azure DevOps to streamline marketing operations and reporting. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise in AI and hands-on development experience with automation tools to ensure scalability, efficiency, and accuracy across our marketing initiatives.

Candidates must be eligible to onboard as a Microsoft vendor (v-dash) in a Microsoft Managed Service.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate key marketing workflows, including SEO optimization, content updates, and accessibility compliance.
• Integrate AI tools such as Azure Foundry, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies into marketing processes to drive efficiencies.
• Develop custom AI models and workflows to automate content categorization, tagging, and personalized content generation.
• Work closely with Account and Project Managers, marketing teams, and SEO specialists to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the AI solutions integrate seamlessly with other marketing technologies.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and automation workflows to ensure they are meeting business objectives and improving efficiency.
• Analyze campaign data and AI-driven processes to identify areas for further optimization and automation.
• Contribute to the development of AI strategy, providing input on new technologies, processes, and tools to improve content management and marketing automation efforts.
• Stay up to date on the latest AI trends and technologies, ensuring that the team is using cutting-edge tools to maximize marketing efficiency.
• Perform extensive testing on AI models and automation workflows to ensure functionality, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues and bugs with automation and AI solutions to ensure smooth operation.

• 5-7 years of experience in software development and automation technologies, with a proven track record in building and implementing scalable solutions for marketing operations or similar fields.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly developing automated workflows using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists.
• Passion for machine learning models and AI workflows, with a strong desire to develop expertise in this area.
• Ability to analyze data, measure success, and optimize AI models and automation solutions based on performance.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as AzureDevOps and Asana for tracking project progress and managing development tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders ((Native English or C2 level).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot, Azure AI, machine learning models, and AI workflows.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and other MarTech tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Fabric and other data-driven technologies for performance tracking.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments for iterative development and project management.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (as Microsoft FTE, vendor, or partner).
