Swim Recruiting is partnering with a Vancouver-based enterprise to hire an AI Solution Architect for a 6-month contract. You will design secure, production-ready AI architectures across Azure AI Foundry, Bedrock, Copilot Studio, and UiPath, translating business problems into scalable AI patterns.
You will steer evaluations, establish governance around privacy and security, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Onsite work is four days a week in downtown Vancouver.
6-month contact AI Solution Architect contract role working with an enterprise AI and Automation team with onsite work in Vancouver.
Due to investment in AI our client is looking to add a Solution Architect to their growing team. This role puts you at the center of their push to scale AI across the enterprise, architecting secure, production-ready solutions across a wide platform stack including Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and UiPath. You'll translate business problems into AI-enabled architecture, define reusable patterns for copilots, agentic workflows, and RAG solutions, and lead evaluations and proof-of-concepts to help move use cases from experimentation into real production. You'll also be the technical voice in security, privacy, and vendor review processes, working closely with Legal, Privacy, and Procurement to close open risk items, while building governance frameworks, cost controls, and adoption reporting that let AI run responsibly at scale. Beyond the technical design work, you'll present recommendations directly to senior and executive leadership, translating complex technical trade-offs into clear business terms.
