Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production code in modern distributed architectures, web services, or data-intensive systems.
• Strong command of software design fundamentals, testing practices, and data structures, with exposure to AI tools.
• Experience or curiosity with LLMs, prompt pipelines, vector databases, or agentic frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of small-to-medium features and services powering AI-enabled collaboration.
• Write clean, modular, well-tested code across the stack, balancing latency, cost, and reliability with foundation models integration.
• Monitor production pipelines, participate in on-call rotations, diagnose complex bugs in distributed systems.
• Break down feature specs into milestones, provide accurate estimates, and execute to drive AI Suite adoption.
• Elevate code quality with test coverage and rigorous code reviews.
