Novarc Technologies is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots. You will own full-cycle recruiting for AI, ML, and software roles, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a fast, high-quality process.

With 5+ years in technical recruitment, you will design strategies, manage the ATS, and build proactive talent pools while upholding Novarc values.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in robotics and/or AI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite with working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting for AI, ML, and software roles.
• Design and refine recruiting strategies and employer branding.
• Drive the interview process and maintain momentum for candidates.
• Partner with technical hiring managers and TA Manager to remove bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pools for niche roles.
• Manage ATS records and generate recruitment metrics.
