Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Lead Engineer with a strong AI/ML focus to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-driven applications. You will lead a diverse engineering team and own end-to-end development, from prototypes to production, including RAG pipelines, LangGraph workflows, and LLM integrations.

You will work closely with ML, cloud, product, and UX teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment, delivering robust, secure, and scalable services and APIs.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Experience with FastAPI and AI/LLMs.
• Proficient in Vue.js or React.
• Solid Git and CI/CD knowledge.
• Cloud familiarity: AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse, inclusive, high-performing engineering team.
• Build systems to increase deployment velocity and roadmap prioritization.
• Contribute clean, efficient, tested, and scalable code.
• Ensure projects are on track and teams are utilized effectively.
• Collaborate with data, ML, and DevOps engineers.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for document retrieval.
• Develop and integrate agentic workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Integrate and orchestrate LLMs into production systems with prompts.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs for front-end/back-end.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and monitor performance.
