Job summary

PowerToFly is hiring an AI Engineer, Product Analytics to build AI agents for our Tax, Audit & Accounting analytics portfolio. You will translate pre-trained models and LLM APIs into reliable tooling, working within existing repositories, standards, and evaluation practices.

You will own production-ready components, contribute to data pipelines, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to interpret business needs into agent designs. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in software/data/analytics with exposure to LLM-based agents or AI-native systems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong fundamentals in SDLC and testing.
• Experience refactoring experimental code into production-ready components.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI components using pre-trained models, LLM APIs, and tool-calling into analytics products.
• Refactor prototypes into production tooling with error handling, telemetry, and logging.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines feeding AI agents and surface data models for reasoning.
• Work within shared repositories and standards; document and register shipped components.
