We are hiring at Valsoft for an AI Technical Product Manager – Startup Scaling and Growth to join our growing team in Canada as we enter our next exciting growth stage!

Role Overview: We seek a highly driven and entrepreneurial AI Technical Product Manager to scale and grow an AI startup from its seeding phase into a high-impact business. This role focuses on energy, ambition, and execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a passion for AI innovation and the ability to turn ideas into scalable businesses.

Each AI Business Unit operates as an agile start-up within Valsoft, blending entrepreneurship with support. You will identify AI opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, oversee operations and strategy, build proof of concepts, engage with customers, and scale the business through team building and mentoring.

1. Business Leadership: Develop and execute the unit's strategy, align with company goals, and drive AI growth within verticals.
2. Operational Excellence: Build workflows for onboarding, support, and internal processes; establish metrics and KPIs.
3. AI Product & Technology Leadership: Create proofs of concept quickly, oversee AI solution development, deployment, and commercialization.
4. Team Building & Operations: Foster a high-performance culture, scale operations while maintaining agility.
5. Customer & Market Insights: Conduct research, refine strategies, and incorporate customer feedback into products.

Candidate Profile:

• Fast mover, proactive, thrives in uncertainty, passionate about AI, builder at heart, relentless, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in building/scaling business units or startups, strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, leadership skills, and success in launching products internationally.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines preferred; fluency in English required.
