Job summary

Chubb Insurance Canada seeks an AI Product Analyst to shape underwriting workflows with AI-enabled digital solutions. You will analyze current underwriting processes, collaborate with product owners and business SMEs, and translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.

You will drive end-to-end project delivery, engage stakeholders across time zones, and ensure successful user acceptance testing while contributing to global initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of P&C insurance experience, underwriting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• CIP or CPCU certification preferred.
• Ability to work with global and local teams across time zones.
• Deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing underwriting workflows, systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to optimize workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Prepare proposals aligned with product vision and roadmap.
• Manage changes and ensure stakeholder buy-in across regions.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate product outcomes.
• Contribute to the full project lifecycle from inception to deployment.
