Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data analytics, business administration, finance, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports with Power BI, including basic data modeling.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, research, and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for sales, customer, product, and market performance.
• Use Power Query and basic DAX to organize data, create measures, and support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate reporting needs into dashboards and analyses.
• Leverage AI tools to summarize results, identify trends, explain performance changes, and improve reporting workflows.
• Review data for accuracy and resolve reporting or data-quality issues.
• Analyze business results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas needing attention.
• Help automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting work.
• Support documentation, training, and adoption of Power BI and AI tools.
