Job summary

PACT is seeking a BI Analyst to build and maintain data pipelines, models and automated reporting using Power BI. You’ll work across Microsoft Fabric, the wider data estate, and client reporting needs while ensuring governance and scalable design.

You will translate business requirements into practical BI products, support AI agent readiness, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep dashboards accurate and timely for monthly obligations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on BI or data analytics experience.
• Experience delivering production reporting with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Fabric, lakehouse patterns and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric to standards.
• Design and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards for project status.
• Develop semantic models and KPI definitions aligned with team.
• Publish reports in governed workspaces and manage refresh schedules.
• Prepare datasets for Copilot/AI agents and ensure data lineage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into working products.
• Ensure data quality and governance across datasets and reports.
