Fidus Systems is a global high-tech design firm based in Ottawa, seeking a Solutions Architect, AI/ML to translate client needs into practical, deployable AI/ML solutions across FPGA/DSP, hardware, and embedded software. You will craft solution paths, estimate work, highlight risks, and contribute to proposals.

You will travel up to 6 weeks per year in North America and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-speed, high-complexity systems, including AI workloads, GPUs, and edge devices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Graduate degree in machine learning or related field is an asset.
• 7+ years of design background in an AI/ML engineering role with deployment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client needs and develop requirements.
• Architect a client solution and plan with risks and mitigations.
• Estimate work and write proposals.
• Illustrate Fidus' capabilities and work approach.
• Lead discussions on approach and estimates.
• Partition programs into logical segments; undertake project work.
