We are currently seeking an AI/ML Senior Developer - (Remote) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

What you'll do

1. Build enterprise-grade AI agents: As an Agent Engineer, you will be responsible for partnering directly with our CX team to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.

What you’ll bring

1. 3+ years experience in hands-on software development of highly technical products.
2. Past experience in Software Development or other similar hands-on development roles at or above the level of Senior Software Engineer.
3. Experience crafting and tailoring a message for potential customers, including executives.
4. Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5. AI-related experience (experience developing code-based AI agents such as conversational AI agents is a plus).
6. Experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
7. Experience interfacing with end customers to influence software development.
8. Self-sufficient engineers at a senior level, comfortable with software development lifecycle, capable of independent coding, building components, API integration, testing, and deployment.
9. Proficiency in ReactJS, Typescript, Git, and understanding of LLMs and API integrations.
10. Strong grasp of React development lifecycle and component design.
11. Knowledge of core React concepts, Typescript, LLM/prompt engineering basics, version control, and terminal usage.

Typical AI Engineer Role and Responsibilities

1. Develop the agent from scratch based on product requirements, including testing and simulation.
2. Interface directly with clients to ensure the agent meets their needs and connects to necessary APIs/databases.
3. Review live conversations, analyze client feedback, and make ongoing improvements based on metrics.
