Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with an AI voice model and evaluating how well outputs follow prompts. You will compare image and video pairs, spot errors, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

You'll help improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and examples. Remote work with no minimum hours, paid weekly, with access to leading LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written skills and natural conversational ability.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred but not required for all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of outputs and explaining issues in writing.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Providing precise, written explanations pointing to observed shortcomings.
