Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve.

This is a contract-style role with weekly payments, work from home or while traveling, and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in on media.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
• Common tasks include image evaluations, video evaluations, video caption labeling, and audio/voice evaluations.
• Candidates should have strong written English and the ability to provide precise, concise feedback.
