Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will role‑play conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in written form, all on a flexible schedule.

The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve through detailed evaluation and feedback. Remote and flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and careful listening.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to write concise, evidence‑based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have drawbacks.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distortion or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
• Provide English explanations detailing what was seen or heard and why it matters.
