Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will listen to live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write concise explanations of what went wrong, all on a flexible schedule.

Contributors review outputs for realism, accuracy, and adherence to prompts, helping shape AI systems. Remote work allows you to set your own hours and earn hourly pay with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what was observed.
