Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and write explanations of what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, inspecting outputs for issues, and rating adherence, quality, and realism with clear written explanations.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication.
Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spots issues.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge adherence to instructions.
Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment and explain findings in writing.
Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a concise English explanation of what was seen or heard.
Contribute to common task evaluations: image/video assessments and caption labeling.
