Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote workers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all from home on a flexible schedule.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payments and additional incentives. You’ll also get free access to leading LLMs and contribute to improving AI systems used in frontier research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to assess issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when alternatives have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Writing specific explanations in English pointing to what was observed.
