Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and roleplay live conversations with AI voice models. You will score exchanges, compare images and videos for prompt adherence, and provide written explanations of any issues, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Patience to listen closely, replay or zoom in on outputs.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make objective decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and note issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write concise explanations in English highlighting what you observed or heard.
