Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Montreal, QC seeks a seasoned Python AI Engineer to build and maintain AI/ML and Generative AI solutions within the Shared Ops ecosystem. You will translate business requirements into prompt engineering and Python-based solutions, while contributing to reusable libraries and scalable applications.

The role requires 5+ years of Python development, strong prompt engineering expertise, experience with OpenAI platforms and Azure cloud, and excellent collaboration within Agile

• Experience with Machine Learning technologies and vector databases.
• Experience developing cloud‑based applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure.

• Exposure to Power Apps, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing monitoring, observability, resiliency, and performance optimization of AI applications.
• Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
