Qualifications

• Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations.
• Deep understanding of healthcare privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks — including HIPAA and related standards.
• Comfortable working across clinical, technical, and administrative domains.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to evaluating information quality.
• Strong written communicator who can document findings clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Apply your healthcare data governance expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical data management and hospital operations
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, compliance alignment, and clinical appropriateness — flagging gaps, errors, and inconsistencies
• Help define quality standards for how AI models handle sensitive health data concepts, regulatory frameworks, and governance workflows
• Work across clinical, IT, and compliance domains to ensure AI reasoning reflects real-world healthcare data practices
• Provide structured, expert feedback using evaluation tools designed for healthcare subject matter
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
