Job summary

KData Inc. is hiring an AI Governance Lead to drive enterprise Data & AI Governance, with emphasis on data governance, AI readiness, metadata, data quality, and Informatica CDGC onboarding.

The role collaborates with business, technology, risk, privacy, and compliance teams to establish governance frameworks, adopt governance platforms, and deliver enterprise-wide governance practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Management, Governance, or related fields.
• Proven leadership of enterprise Data Governance programs.
• Experience with AI governance or AI readiness initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and metadata management.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and Data Governance frameworks.
• Define ownership, quality, metadata, lineage, and privacy controls.
• Oversee CDGC onboarding and governance adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance programs with stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs and report progress to senior leadership.
