Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Director, CX AI Delivery to lead cross‑functional teams delivering AI-enabled CX programs for flagship clients. You will oversee delivery across CCaaS and AI platforms, aligning engineering, product, and client success to measurable outcomes.

The role requires strategic leadership, enterprise-scale program oversight, and a focus on value, risk, and profitability across a diverse client portfolio. Travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology industry with senior leadership experience in professional services/consulting
• Proven record managing diverse client portfolios (ideally $10M+ annual revenue) with retention and growth focus
• Experience delivering large-scale CX or contact center transformations influencing VP- and C-level decisions
• Working knowledge of AI in CX: conversational/voice AI, agent assist, copilots, knowledge, CX intelligence
• Hands-on delivery with leading CCaaS/CX AI platforms (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, Zendesk, Google)

Responsibilities

• Be the executive partner and trusted advisor for client executives.
• Run portfolio health for ~$15–20M, lead QBRs linking delivery progress to CX/business goals.
• Grow organically with expansion opportunities; support renewals and upsell with sales teams.
• Extend into managed services and advisory as the practice matures.
