Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Full Stack Development Lead in Canada (Ontario, Toronto) to drive design, build, and delivery of cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional streams, own technical direction, and mentor teams within a fast-paced, autonomous pod delivering high-impact work for a major transportation client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with leadership in delivery.
• Strong full-stack development experience with React/Angular frontend and Node.js/Python/Java backend.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience with LLMs, prompt design, and AI-enabled apps.
• Ability to lead delivery workstreams and mentor cross-functional teams.
• GCP experience including Vertex AI, Gemini API, Cloud Run.
• Kubernetes-based deployments and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear English communication for multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and delivery of scalable AI-enabled applications.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with stakeholders across functions.
• Own delivery risks and ensure reliable releases in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to solution and cloud architecture decisions for scalability and security.
• Partner with client teams, architects, and DevOps for end-to-end delivery.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and drive milestones and estimates.
