The Role

We seek candidates with a strong foundation in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and data engineering to build intelligent systems supporting digital operations. This role involves working at the intersection of cloud tech, AI, and commerce, delivering scalable insights and automation.

This role focuses on activating AI-driven commerce transformation, delivering scalable intelligence across digital marketing, eCommerce, and content systems.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions using cloud-native tools across GCP, Azure, and AWS for use cases like anomaly detection, content classification, predictive KPIs, and workflow automation.
• Use Databricks to develop data pipelines, orchestrate model workflows, and support real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to operationalize models that deliver measurable impact.
• Create AI-powered dashboards and insights with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for informed decision-making.
• Apply techniques like NLP, time series forecasting, and clustering to optimize platform stability and personalization.
• Integrate AI solutions with platform telemetry to surface insights and reduce escalations.
• Promote data integrity, reusability, and responsible AI practices throughout development and deployment.
• Establish performance monitoring, alerting, and drift detection for models post-deployment.
• Support conversational analytics with GenAI/LLM interfaces for natural-language querying.
• Architect real-time inferencing using event-driven tools like Pub/Sub and Kafka, integrating with platforms for next-best-action recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience deploying ML models in production.
• Proficiency with Databricks and cloud ML tools (GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker).
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow.
• Experience building data pipelines, training workflows, and model-serving systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience deploying models in GCP, especially Vertex AI Pipelines and BigQuery ML.
• Knowledge of data product thinking—creating APIs, dashboards, workflows.
• Experience with model explainability and bias detection tools (e.g., SHAP, Model Cards).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital ecosystems like commerce platforms and content management.
• Creating AI-integrated dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow, event workflows with Kafka, Pub/Sub.
• Integrating ML models into monitoring systems (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Understanding of MLOps, drift detection, version control, explainability.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical insights into business value.
• Experience shaping AI strategy and architecture in enterprises.
• LLM/GenAI experience, especially for insights and conversational UX.
• Experience in retail or global multi-brand ecosystems.
• Experience with cross-platform telemetry and multi-region data architectures.
