Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable measurement frameworks for end-to-end visibility.
• Engineer observability solutions to monitor changes, performance, and risk signals.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into analytical models and repeatable reporting outputs.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting to steer decisions.
• Automate KRI/KCI/KPI reporting, governance dashboards, and workflow automation.
