TC Energy is seeking an analytics leader to drive how Power Operations uses data, analytics, and AI to improve asset performance and decision-making. You will build KPIs, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to provide timely insight into generator performance and operational risk.

You will collaborate with Operations, Asset Compliance, Engineering and IT to deliver practical analytical solutions, drive governance, and scale successful pilots across the business.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in engineering, analytics, CS, math, economics or related field.
• 10+ years in analytics, business process analysis, or operations.
• Experience planning analysis of complex processes using BI tools.
• Experience piloting AI, automation or advanced analytics solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and lead KPI development for executives, field operations and asset compliance.
• Design, build and maintain monitoring tools for generator performance risks and reliability.
• Analyze event and performance data to identify trends, anomalies and root causes.
• Lead AI adoption via proofs of concept, pilots, and scalable solutions with governance.
• Collaborate across operations, engineering, finance and IT to turn problems into actionable insights.
