Job summary

Qualifications

Progressive experience leading data-engineering teams and modernizing data platforms.
Experience migrating Hadoop-based workloads to Azure.
Strong knowledge of distributed data processing, data pipelines, and production operations.
Experience embedding governance, privacy, and security controls in data platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Hadoop-to-Azure migration, defining waves, cutovers, and rollback plans.
Design and deliver secure, scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on Azure.
Develop AI-enabled migration and data-engineering frameworks with automated testing and validation.
Lead, coach, and deliver across internal teams and partners with clear roadmaps and milestones.
