Job summary

Dentons Canada seeks a Practice Transformation Lawyer to drive AI adoption and innovative litigation workflows across its national Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. The role emphasizes technology-enabled solutions, governance, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

LLB or JD from a recognized law school.
Qualified to practice law in a Canadian jurisdiction and a member in good standing of a Canadian law society.
Minimum five years of litigation or dispute resolution experience and/or experience with legal innovation, practice transformation, legal technology, AI enablement, knowledge management, legal operations or strategy within a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group's AI and innovation strategy, establishing priorities and roadmaps.
Design and implement scalable AI-enhanced litigation workflows across the lifecycle.
Advise practice leadership on innovation strategy, technology investments, and service delivery modernization.
