Saputo Inc. is seeking an IT Project Manager with a Digital/AI focus to join our global IT PMO. You will lead strategic technology initiatives across the organization, delivering AI use cases, SaaS implementations, and digital transformations with stakeholders at all levels.

You will drive planning, scope, and governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal business partners to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Prince II) or equivalent curriculum.
• SCRUM Master certification or agile project experience (asset).

Responsibilities

• Work Planning and Deliverable Management: maintain plans, monitor actuals, manage variances.
• Scope Management: control project scope and requirement changes for approval.
• Performance and Reporting Management: generate and distribute project status information.
• Resource Management: define roles, staffing plan, secure skilled resources, manage capacity.
• Issue/Risk Management/Quality: capture risks/issues, track and resolve.
• Vendor and System Integrator Management: manage vendors, and SI relationships, governance, and contracts.
• Quality gates: ensure deliverables sign-offs and QA activities.
• PMO Tools/process improvement: coach IT resources and improve processes.
