Qualifications

• Experience driving project change workstreams across multiple P2C domains.
• Knowledge of Agile project principles.
• AI fluency and curiosity to apply AI tools in change management.
• Ability to multi-task across workstreams and prioritize.
• Strong collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Change Management certification or equivalent (Prosci preferred).
• Analytical skills to drive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives for medium to large-scale projects with AI-powered solutions.
• Translate business requirements into change impact assessments using AI insights.
• Identify stakeholders and establish communication channels to manage expectations.
• Develop and execute change strategies leveraging AI to personalize communications.
• Drive cross-functional engagement and activate change champions with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with PMO, DET and Business Stakeholders to align change plans.
• Support experience validation metrics with AI-enhanced analytics.
• Identify themes from feedback and build dashboards to drive improvement.
• Provide regular status updates to program leadership and resolve risks.
