Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in office in Canada, 35 hours per week, and a focus on AI‑assisted analysis, data validation, and cross‑functional integration. Strong SQL, governance, and insurance/finance experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years IT/Systems BA experience in financial technology solutions.
• Insurance domain experience required; exposure to Finance or Reinsurance systems preferred.
• Proficiency with basic‑to‑intermediate SQL for data validation.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, data mapping, and repository management (GitHub/Jira/Confluence).
• Knowledge of system integration concepts (SFTP, APIs, iPaaS) and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document technical system requirements, data mappings, and non‑functional requirements.
• Review and validate AI‑generated system artifacts, acceptance criteria, and test data for auditability and accuracy.
• Partner with architects, engineers, QA, and vendors to define prerequisites, connectivity, data flows, and scheduling.
• Perform basic to intermediate SQL queries to validate test results and data migrations.
• Develop runbooks and support production stabilization and cutover activities.
