Job summary

Trulioo, headquartered in Vancouver, is seeking a senior editorial leader to shape the narrative across PR, thought leadership, and media. You’ll own storytelling, messaging, and a lean editorial team, with AI-enabled processes to scale impact.

You'll manage agency partners, prep executives for press, and ensure consistency of voice across content channels. A hybrid role with some remote flexibility and a focus on world-class digital trust narratives.

Qualifications

• Extensive editorial leadership experience in a technology or fintech context.
• Proven ability to own narrative across multiple channels (PR, thought leadership, social).
• Strong storytelling, messaging, and editor/authorial skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the story and own it across PR, thought leadership, and editorial cadence.
• Turn category language into compelling narratives for executives to echo.
• Own the website as a narrative surface, not a features list.
• Translate data and insights into original research and benchmarks.
• Lead multimedia storytelling (video, founder stories, long-form reports).
• Develop brand voice and messaging systems for consistency across teams and AI tools.
• Establish a feedback loop between output and market impact; inform future content.
