Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, seeks an experienced DevOps/Infrastructure professional to design, build and secure our AI-native cloud platform. You will manage AWS-based infrastructure, multi-region Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, enabling developers and agents to deploy services autonomously while strengthening security and observability.

You will collaborate with product teams in Platform Engineering to deliver scalable, reusable deployment workflows and to advance the IaC-first approach

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in DevOps, infrastructure cloud or software development.
• AI-native mindset reflected in each achievement.
• Solid AWS experience; Azure or GCP experience transferable
• Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployments
• Strong Kubernetes expertise and containerized apps
• Experience with observability tools
• Excellent collaboration and ability to enable development teams
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evolve our cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform) on AWS.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with guardrails for safe deployments.
• Administer and scale multiregion Kubernetes clusters.
• Maintain Helm charts and deployment workflows for reusability.
• Improve observability and feed signals into IA-assisted remediation.
• Strengthen infrastructure security: image analysis, policy as code, network segmentation and firewall configuration.
• Collaborate with product teams to meet infra needs.
• Empower developers and agents to deploy and manage services autonomously.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
