The role focuses on hands-on experimentation, tool selection, and delivering measurable business value while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with large datasets, SQL, and data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop AI/ML workflows and solutions end-to-end.
• Evaluate AI vendors and platforms; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Bridge business needs with technical execution to deliver measurable value.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and resource usage.
• Prepare data and run experiments to compare models and approaches.
