Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of large data migration and modernization programs across cloud platforms. You will manage scope, timelines, risk, and a large cross-functional team of data engineers, architects, and testers, while engaging with CxOs and senior architects.

You bring deep delivery acumen and hands-on cloud data experience to challenge architecture decisions, unblock risk, and keep programs on track toward high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in data solutions delivery, including leadership of delivery teams.
• Proven experience delivering data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL/ELT, data warehousing and modeling.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and modern data platform tooling.
• Experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, and cutover planning across multi-workstream programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large data migration and data modernization engagements.
• Establish and run delivery governance with RAID logs, dependency tracking, and status reports.
• Manage risks with structured options and recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI-accelerated migration methodology and delivery assets.
