Job summary

Scale AI's Outlier platform is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model. You will score exchanges, compare media pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to provide evidence-based reviews. This freelance opportunity offers flexible scheduling and remote work with weekly payments.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear writing and speaking.
Extreme attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Ability to articulate decisions clearly in writing.
Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video, and explain findings in writing.
Provide concise explanations of judgments in English, pointing to observed details.
