Eagle Builders LP in Blackfalds, AB is seeking an AI & Automation Coordinator to turn everyday challenges into smarter workflows. You’ll design, prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions across the business, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Genuine interest in AI and demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design practical solutions.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to encourage technology adoption.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Local to Central Alberta or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled applications and automations across the business.
• Assess workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Prototype solutions, gather feedback, and refine them for practical use.
• Test and validate AI-built solutions for reliability and security before deployment.
• Create clear documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Deliver workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on training for employees.
• Monitor solutions to track efficiency gains and identify improvements.
• Stay current on AI and automation trends and evaluate tools with business value.
• Collaborate with IT and external consultants to integrate solutions into existing platforms.
• Train and support employees in using Microsoft Copilot within Microsoft 365.
• Follow company policies, procedures, security expectations, and safety standards.
