VML, part of WPP, is seeking an AI Art Director / Creative Specialist to create high-quality static visuals, campaign imagery, and video clips. You will collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Studio, Production, and Account teams to handle hands-on AI asset generation.

The role emphasizes excellent aesthetic taste, a strong eye for design, and a structured approach to model execution, with hybrid work inside WPP Open and external AI tools to push industry-leading outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong eye for photography, composition, lighting, color; avoid AI artifacts.
• Deep understanding of AI generation process and troubleshooting outputs.
• Brand brief interpretation and asset generation aligned with aesthetic identity.

Responsibilities

• Generate on-brand static visuals, storyboards, and assets for pitches and campaigns.
• Apply iterative prompting and parameter tuning to achieve high-quality outputs.
• Maintain lighting, style, color, and character consistency across assets and videos.
